How long does delivery take?
Orders are placed and posted through our Etsy shop. Once dispatched, UK delivery typically takes a few working days. Exact times and postage options are shown at checkout on Etsy, and you'll receive tracking where available.
Where are Snug Scents products made?
Everything is handmade in South Wales, UK. Each candle and wax melt is poured by hand in small batches, so you're always supporting a small independent business.
Are the products handmade?
Yes — every single candle and wax melt is handmade and hand-poured. Nothing is mass-produced, and each piece is finished and checked by hand.
Do fragrances change seasonally?
They do! Alongside our core scents, we release seasonal collections throughout the year — including Christmas, Valentine's, Mother's Day, Halloween and Autumn ranges. Follow us on Instagram to see what's new.
Do you offer gift options?
Absolutely. Our candles and wax melts make lovely, ready-to-give gifts and are carefully packaged. If you'd like a gift note or a bundle put together, message us on Instagram and we'll happily help.
Do you offer personalised products?
We can often personalise colours and scents, plus we offer a marble effect and 40+ metallic colours as extras. For fully bespoke requests — custom labels, wedding favours or corporate gifts — get in touch and we'll see what we can create for you.
