These terms cover your use of the Snug Scents Store website at snugscentsstore.co.uk, which is operated by Snug Scents Store, an independent handmade candle and wax melt business based in South Wales, United Kingdom. About our products
Everything we make is hand-poured in small batches, so slight variations in colour, shape, size, finish and scent strength are completely natural and part of the handmade charm — no two pieces are ever quite identical. Product photographs are for illustration, and colours may look a little different depending on your screen. Scents and collections change with the seasons and may sell out or be discontinued.
Buying our products
This website is a showcase — you can't check out here. All orders and payments are made through our Etsy shop, and any purchase is subject to Etsy's own terms, payment, delivery and returns policies. Any prices shown on this website are a guide only and may differ from, or change on, Etsy at any time.
Custom & personalised orders
We love a bespoke request. Custom colours, scents, wedding favours, corporate gifts and personalised labels are agreed directly with you (usually via Instagram or our contact page) before we begin. As personalised and made-to-order items are created especially for you, they may not be eligible for return or refund unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
Candle & wax melt safety
Our products are decorative home fragrance items and must be used safely. Always follow the safety guidance printed on the product and packaging. In particular: never leave a burning candle or wax warmer unattended; keep away from children, pets, draughts and anything flammable; always burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface; trim the wick before lighting; and stop use when only a small amount of wax remains. Wax melts should be used only with a suitable tea-light or electric warmer. You use our products at your own risk and agree to follow all safety instructions provided.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, photography, logos, branding and page design — belongs to Snug Scents Store or is used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without our written consent.

Our links to Etsy, Instagram and other third-party sites are provided for your convenience. We're not responsible for the content, products or policies of any external website.
