Snug Scents Store ("we", "us", "our") is an independent handmade candle and wax melt business based in South Wales, United Kingdom. The information we collect
This website is a brand showcase. It does not take orders, process payments, or ask you to create an account — all purchases are made through our Etsy shop, which has its own privacy policy. If you use the enquiry form on our contact page, the details you enter (your name, email address and message) are used only to prepare a message for you to send us on Instagram — they are handled entirely within your own browser and are not submitted to, or stored on, this website.

When you message us on Instagram, we receive the information you choose to send so we can reply and help with your enquiry. That conversation takes place on Instagram's platform and is also subject to their privacy policy. We use your details only to respond to you — we never sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone else for marketing.
